Falcon Environmental Services is proud to be and has always been a family-oriented business, rooted in the values of hard work, dedication, and unity.
Founded by the dynamic husband-and-wife duo, Matt and Kerry, the company has grown and evolved alongside their family.
The couple’s commitment to excellence and family has been the cornerstone of their success.

In 2021, they expanded their team with a vital addition in Kerry’s mum, Fiona (above left), who has been instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of the office, working closely with Kerry to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Then, in July 2022, Matt and Kerry welcomed their childhood friend, Mo, to the Falcon family. More recently, in October 2023, their brother-in-law Charlie also joined and has proved to be an invaluable asset to the bird and pest control team.
And in June 2024, they expanded the office team with the addition of another lifelong friend, Kerry Forbes (above right).

This summer marked a significant milestone for Falcon Environmental Services as they proudly welcomed another family member to the fold.
Frazer, Matt and Kerry’s son, joined the team and has already begun making his mark.
In his debut month, Frazer eagerly embraced the opportunity to learn from the company’s seasoned professionals, taking on a range of essential tasks that are key to Falcon’s operations.

Frazer has shown exceptional enthusiasm and determination, diving headfirst into his new role. Here’s a glimpse of what he got up to during his first few weeks:
- Pest Control Expertise: Frazer has been learning the intricacies of pest control under the guidance of Charlie and Mo, Falcon’s expert pest controllers. He’s gained hands-on experience identifying and managing various bugs and rodents, a critical skill in the field.
- Tackling Hornets’ Nests: Under the watchful eye of his dad, Matthew, Frazer successfully assisted in treating a hornets’ nest in Kingsbridge. This challenging task provided him with valuable insight into the complexities of managing dangerous pests.
- Rodent Site Planning: Frazer has also been involved in planning a new rodent site. He’s learned how to strategically place stations, ensuring they are correctly labelled and securely tethered, which is vital for effective pest management.
- Netting Repairs: Frazer helped fix netting, at Plymouth Argyle’s Harpers Park training ground, gaining practical skills in maintaining facilities that require pest-proofing measures.
- Bed bug Treatment: Frazer carried out his first bed bug treatment alongside Mo, one of Falcon’s top experts. This experience was a significant learning opportunity, allowing him to understand the meticulous approach required for such delicate tasks.

The team at Falcon Environmental Services is thrilled to have Frazer on board, and they see this as the beginning of an exciting and rewarding career for him.
His contributions are already making a positive impact, and the entire family is immensely proud of his progress and the plan is for him to train to become a falconer, just like his dad.

Falcon Environmental Services remains committed to combining modern and traditional techniques with an environmentally friendly approach.
Their use of trained animals and birds, all of which are exceptionally well cared for, is a testament to their dedication to humane and effective pest control solutions.
With the next generation stepping up, the future looks bright for Falcon Environmental Services, and their customers can continue to expect top-tier service from this close-knit, family-run business.
